The RSF denies the Islamic Movement militias’ allegations of mercenaries within its ranks, to cover up their use of foreign fighters, including their latest recruit, “Tigray”

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) firmly reject the misleading allegations propagated by the mouthpieces of the Islamic Terrorist Movement, which naively allege the presence of foreign mercenaries within our ranks. These baseless fabrications are part of a desperate propaganda campaign aiming at discrediting our forces, who are actively fighting the ISIS militants and their allied mercenaries.

Our forces categorically deny these false allegations and affirm that the narratives being circulated are nothing more than a desperate attempt by the defeated Islamic Movement and its decaying brigades to distract public opinion. In fact, they are the ones who brought the foreign mercenaries of various nationalities to fight with them, the most recent being Tigrayan mercenaries, several of whom were eliminated in the recent battles in Kordofan. Their fleeing remnants have since resorted to sowing chaos in several towns and villages across central Sudan, acts that have been met with widespread public rejection and condemnation.

Our forces affirm that they possess compelling, documented physical evidence confirming the infiltration of thousands of foreign mercenaries and ISIS fighters into the ranks of the terrorist Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF). 

We assure everyone that our forces are not only sufficient in strength but are reinforced by brave and committed fighters, genuine Sudanese citizens who joined our ranks voluntarily. They are driven by an unshakable belief in the justice of our cause, a cause now carried proudly by millions from Sudan’s long-marginalized regions to achieve their noble goals to end the rule of tyranny and terrorism, and establish a state of justice and equality.
