Continuing their series of victories and advances on the ground across all battlefronts, the courageous soldiers of Sudan Founding Alliance Forces today liberated the strategic city of Qaisan, located 170 kilometres southeast of Damazin, and established full control over it. They also pursued the remnants of the terrorist Islamic Movement’s army and mercenaries, inflicting heavy losses in both personnel and military equipment.

Today, in the battle to liberate Qaisan, the valiant soldiers have written a new epic of sacrifice and redemption, reaffirming their firm determination to press forward and bring this war to a decisive conclusion in favour of the Sudanese people, while laying the foundations for a new and just state.

The courageous soldiers successfully seized all military positions in the city and took possession of large quantities of weapons and military equipment, which are currently being inventoried and documented.

Our forces affirm that the liberation of Qaisan is but one milestone and a new starting point on the road to complete victory. Our forces remain steadfast in their advance to liberate every inch of our homeland and restore security, stability, and justice to the Sudanese people.

We pledge to our people in Qaisan and the surrounding areas that we will immediately work to secure the city, provide the means for a dignified life, and establish security and stability.
