The RSF recaptures Kazgail and Al-Rayash and advances towards Al-Obeid in North Kordofan

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have regained, early Monday morning, full control of Kazgail and Al-Rayash areas in North Kordofan State, after fierce battles against the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) operating under the terrorist Islamic Movement and its allied militias. Our forces continue their advances from multiple axes towards the city of El Obeid, in preparation for its liberation.

Our forces have taken full control of the two strategic areas and deployed significant reinforcements to secure them. The enemy has suffered heavy losses, with hundreds killed and wounded, while our forces seized 43 fully equipped combat vehicles and destroyed dozens more. large quantity of weapons and ammunition were also seized, currently being counted. Our forces continue to pursue the fleeing enemy remnants to the outskirts of the city of Al-Obeid.

The recapture of Kazgail and Al-Rayash marks an advanced step in the extensive military operations planned by our forces in North Kordofan, aiming at steadily advancing towards the city of El Obeid and beyond.

The RSF reaffirm their determination to continue the liberation struggle until all set goals are fully achieved. The RSF calls on all the Sudanese people to fully support the National Establishment Scheme, aimed at maintaining peace and ensuring unity on solid and new foundations.
