The brave RSF soldiers successfully liberate the entire city of Al Nuhoud in West Kordofan and take control over the 18th Brigade headquarters

MEDIA STATEMENT 

Earlier this Thursday, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) inscribed a new page in the history of great victories, achieving a sweeping triumph by liberating the city of Al-Nuhoud in West Kordofan State, establishing full control over the strategic city and took over the headquarters of the 18th Brigade following a heroic and lightning-fast battle in which the remnants of the Sudanese Armed Forces terrorism, racism, and mercenary movements were defeated.

The courageous RSF soldiers managed to inflict a significant defeat on the terrorist SAF, causing heavy losses to the enemy in both lives and equipment. Many of their vehicles were destroyed, and our forces seized quantities of weapons and ammunition (currently being counted). As their shattered remnants fled, our forces are pursuing them on the outskirts of the city and beyond and will not stop until they are completely uprooted from every inch of the homeland.

Within the framework of their national and humanitarian responsibilities, our forces immediately began securing the city, providing full protection to civilians, and eliminating the remaining terrorist brigades and their collaborators who posed a threat to social stability and sought to spread discord and chaos among the population. Our forces were also committed to protecting both public and private property, preventing any acts of vandalism or violations, and reaffirming their full adherence to the rule of law and military regulations to ensure the safety of civilians.

This great victory did not come by chance but is the result of precise planning and new strategic tactics implemented by our forces as part of their comprehensive battle to liberate the entire country from the grip of the Islamic terrorist movement.

We extend the congratulations to our heroes who fought this battle with honor and courage, and renew our pledge to the Sudanese people to continue the march of struggle. The advance of our forces is a path that knows no retreat until every inch of the homeland is cleansed. 

We call upon the youth and dignitaries of the city to coordinate with our forces to enhance security and stability.
