West Darfur Governor Khamis AbdAllah Abakar attended at the RSF Infantry Division Five in Al Genenan today evening signing of peace Agrement to cease hostalities between Messerya Jabel tribe and the arab tribes step towards signing of reconciliation agreement next Monday in Al Genena .
The agreement of ceasing hostilities that signed today under the auspices of the RSF peace and reconciliation committee headed by Col. Musa Hamid Ambelo in the presence of chieftain Massilit tribe ,head of local administration in th state Saad AbdulRahman Bahr Al Din and some figures of local administration betwasidespreentativesand representatives of the armed struggle movements.
The agreement texted importance of commitment of the conflicted parts to stop attacking each other in order to reach final agreement next Monday.
This step came following the recent incidents at Jabel Moon that left behind damages .The Governor called on the conflicted parts to commit with agreement and put the outputs of the rereccilationon on the ground amid the components of the society .
For his part , head of the RSF peace and reconciliation committee Brig.Musa Hamid Ambelo affirmed that the visit to the state comes as directives of the FVP of the Transitional Sovereign Council and the RSF Commander in chief to achieve reconciliations amid the local community and stop bleedings.
He explained that the agreement came as part of the final agreement next Wednesday at Kerning loacalty with alarticipation leaders ofnth local administration and promoting to comprehensive peace in all communities of the state.
