The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) deeply appreciates and recognizes the Khozam tribe for their unwavering stance amidst the ongoing war between the RSF and the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) along with their backers from the former regime. The tribe's declaration aligns with the Sudanese people's aspirations for freedom, peace, and justice, while supporting the RSF's commitment to finding robust solutions for Sudan's long-standing crisis since its independence, and vision of a unified nation that embraces its rich diversity.

We stand firmly with the Khozam tribe in their rejection of targeted assaults on specific ethnic and regional groups, a harmful practice employed by the former regime and still persisting in certain parts of the country. These discriminatory actions risk plunging the nation into a civil war, a consequence we have consistently cautioned against since the beginning of the current conflict.

The Sudanese people are well aware that remnants of the former regime and extremists are fueling the ongoing war, exerting undue influence over the decision-making process within the SAF to serve their personal interests.

We reaffirm our unwavering dedication to the Sudanese people and their civil administration across the entire country. We commend their exceptional efforts and invaluable support during these challenging times, which exemplify the wisdom and resilience of the civil administration.
