The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) has bid farewell humanitarian aid convoys, which heads to help flood-rains-affected people in Kassala, White Nile, West Kordofan states.
Chairperson of the RSF Intelligence, Representative of the Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, General Al-Khair Abd Allah Idris said that the convoys aim to help those who were affected by floods and torrential rains, will be accompanied by number of RSF personnel to assist them on the ground, pointing out that the RSF will continue to support the affected people to overcome the damages resulted by Autumn.
General Ak-Khair praised the support provided by Arab countries representing in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Republic of Egypt, he added “We look forward to more support from charitable and national organizations”.
He stressed that they work together, in unity and integration, adding that the convoys is a part of Highest Emergency Committee decision, that was formed by the Transitional Sovereignty Council VP to help ease the flood-ravaged people.
