Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo has arrived to Juba, the capital of South Sudan, on a one-day visit.
He was received at Juba International Airport by South Sudanese Presidential Advisor for Security Affairs Tot Goluak, Foreign Minister Mobik Deng, Investment Minister Dhayo Matok, East African Affairs Minister Deng Alort, Ambassador to South Sudan Jamal Malik and embassy personnel.
Tot underscored that South Sudan welcomed the vice president’s visit, which will be aimed at reviewing the implementation of the Peace Agreement. He added that Dagalo will meet with South Sudanese President Salva Kiir Mayardit and the agreement’s other signatories.
