Acting South Darfur governor praises Rapid Support Forces

Acting South Darfur Governor Bashier Morsal Hasab Allah has praised the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) for its role in maintaining stability in local communities. 

He added that the RSF and the other members of the regular forces are well coordinated in their fight against crime.

He also lauded the RSF’s successes in facilitating tribal reconciliation in Sudan.

Hasab Allah made the remarks during a speech to the RSF Peace Shield Division deployed in West Darfur, in which he also stressed that the division will help strengthen peaceful coexistence in the region.

Meanwhile, South Darfur Sector Commander, General Bashier Adam Issa underscored that the forces heading to West Darfur have worked in South and North Darfur for a long time and have carried out their duties without blemish to fight crimes and acts of violence.
