RSF discuss with the international envoys at Munich Security Conference the issues of war in Sudan

The Senior Advisor -Humanitarian and Peace Affairs of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), Mr. Ezzedine Al-Safi, has participated in the Munich Security Conference in Munich, Germany, from 14 to 16 February2025.

Upon his arrival on Friday, the Senior Aadvisor -Humanitarian and Peace Affairs of the RSF held series of meetings with the international envoys from Europe and Africa, as well as representatives from various countries. During these discussions, they focused on addressing the humanitarian issues in Sudan.

The  Senior Advisor discussed with Ms. Annette Weber, the European Union envoy to East Africa, the humanitarian and security situation in Sudan in light of the 15 April 2023, war.

Mr. Al-Safi will meet with several government representatives and international envoys to discuss the humanitarian affairs. He will also participate in sessions addressing the ongoing security and humanitarian situation in Sudan.

The RSF Senior Advisor will present a comprehensive report that monitors all the violations committed by the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) by air striking the civilians and the brutal killing on the basis of ethnicity perpetrated by the SAF militias and extremist battalions.

The Munich Security Conference is the world's largest security and political event, held annually for over fifty years. It serves as a platform for world leaders to address key global issues. The participants commit to the decisions and recommendations made during the conference, aiming at promoting and maintaining international peace and security.
