Violations of the Humanitarian Truce: Statistics for the Period 1–4 December 2025

Despite the international and regional support of the humanitarian truce and the efforts to create suitable environment for humanitarian operations, the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), that operates under the terrorist Islamic Movement, continued to violate the humanitarian truce, declared on 24th November 2025, in a response response to local and international efforts aimed at protecting civilians and facilitating the delivery of humanitarian aid. Over the past few days, the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) deliberately carried out series of systematic attacks that claimed the lives of dozens of innocent civilians.

The recorded violations and attacks during the period (1st to 4th December 2025) were as follows:

1st December 2025:

 - A drone attack targeted the city of Al-Nuhud.
 - A drone attack targeted Abu Qua'oud area.
 - A drone attack targeted civilians in Jabrat Al-Sheikh area in North Kordofan.

2nd December 2025:

 - Two Bayraktar drone attacks targeting Abu Quo'oud Area.
 - A drone attack targeted the city of Bara.

3rd December 2025:
 - A drone attack targeted several villages in Wadi Hawar area.
 - A drone attack targeted Um Guirfa area.
 - A drone attack targeting Um Seyala.
4th December 2025:

 - A drone attack targeted Um Simaima in West Kordofan.
 - A drone attack targeted the city of Zalingei, resulting in innocent civilian deaths and damage to infrastructure.
 - A drone attack targeted Al-Dudiya area.

These violations affirm the continuous refusal of the Islamic Movement’s terrorist army to comply with the truce, at a time when our forces have not yet received any response regarding the draft proposal we submitted outlining our vision for the truce and its mechanisms for implementation. On the other hand, SAF continues to mobilize its forces to expand the scope of the war and prolong it, endangering the lives of civilians and exacerbating forced displacement.

While reaffirming our firm commitment to the humanitarian truce, we also emphasize that the right to self-defense—and the protection of the civilians is guaranteed under the international law.
