MEDIA STATEMENT
The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) strongly refute the claims and allegations circulated by the Port Sudan clique, which is controlled by the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood, regarding an air attack targeting the United Nations headquarters in Kadugli, as well as the accompanying false accusations that our forces carried out such an attack using a drone.
Our forces categorically deny these lies and affirm that such allegations reflect a desperate and futile attempt to fabricate baseless accusations against our forces, in an effort to advance narrow political objectives.
We further stress that our forces' record is very clear and free of any attacks or targeting of international organizations and missions. On the contrary, the RSF has a well-documented and proven positions of protecting United Nations facilities and ensuring the safety and security of humanitarian personnel. The RSF calls on all international organizations to exercise the utmost reliability and accuracy when evaluating information and accusations, particularly those issued by the Port Sudan coup group.
